Zedmed Cloud feature support

This document details the Zedmed features and integrations supported in Zedmed Cloud. 

Third-party integrations that are not supported have been included; however, this list should be considered exhaustive.

SMS Support

Only ZedSMS can be used to send SMS messages from Zedmed Cloud.  Third-party SMS providers are not supported in Zedmed Cloud.

Secure Messaging support

Zedmed Cloud’s upload utility can be configured to automatically transfer results, scans and other documents from a clinic PC to Zedmed Cloud. The following secure messaging applications are supported using this utility:

** The full suite of HotDoc's products is not yet supported, and HotDoc will not be able to provide support if there are issues with the ZedMed Cloud integration.

Zedmed Features NOT supported 

• FRM / Office templates using MS Word - required templates created using the internal RTF editor.
• Multi-tray printing.
• Displaying attached email (.msg) files. They can be attached to a patient record but there is no mail client to view them in the cloud.
