For the following problems, call Zedmed Helpdesk on 1300 933 000:
- Forgot your Zedmed Cloud password.
- Forgot your Zedmed application password.
- Forgot your Zedmed DUO SSO password.
- Do not have the phone you use for DUO 2FA.
If your organisation is using its own Single Sign-On (SSO) service to access Zedmed Cloud, please contact your internal IT support. If you log into Zedmed Cloud using the same username and password as your computer, you are using your own organisation's SSO credentials.
